Aliness L‑Glutamine 500 mg provides the endogenous amino acid L‑glutamine, the most abundant in skeletal muscle, intestines and immune cells. Supplementation can be beneficial during periods of increased demand – after intense physical exercise, in convalescence or with disorders of gastrointestinal function. The product contains only L‑glutamine in a plant capsule, without coloring additives and preservatives.

Posology
