Aliness Fish Omega-3 Triglycerides is a high-quality dietary supplement that provides essential fatty acids (EFAs) from the omega-3 group. The product contains optimal proportions of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). The key advantage of the preparation is the use of natural form of triglycerides (TG), which occurs naturally in fish, thanks to which it is much better recognized and absorbed by the human body than synthetic ethyl esters.

Omega-3 acids are the foundation of health on many levels, but our body cannot synthesize them on its own. In the era of modern diet, in which pro-inflammatory omega-6 acid dominates, proper supplementation with high-quality fish oil helps to restore the proper balance of fatty acids (optimal ratio 1:4), thus supporting the circulatory system, nervous system and overall vitality.

Daily serving (2 capsules) contains:
