Aliness Fish Omega-3 Forte Ethyl Ester is a source of omega-3 acids, in an affordable form of soft capsules. The main component of the product is high-quality fish oil, which is characterized by a high concentration of Omega-3 acids: EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) in the form of ethyl esters. The difference between triglycerides and omega esters is due to their chemical structure and bioavailability, which affects the way the body absorbs and uses them. Choosing the right form of omega-3 supplementation (TG or EE) depends on individual needs, price and availability of raw material. Triglycerides are a natural form, better absorbed with high bioavailability, but more expensive and less available on the market. Ethyl esters are a processed form (more available and popular on the market), willingly used due to the possibility of obtaining a high concentration of omega-3 acids. Triglycerides are compounds in which three fatty acid molecules (e.g. omega-3s are attached to one glycerol molecule. They occur naturally in most vegetable and animal fats and oils (e.g. in fish). Triglycerides are well recognized by digestive enzymes (lipases), so their absorption by the body is very effective. After digestion, fatty acids are released from glycerol, which allows them to be used as an energy source or building material.

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS: Fish oil (50% ethyl esters of eicosapentaenoic acid, 25% ethyl esters of docosahexaenoic acid), antioxidant: alpha tocopherol; shell components: gelatin, moisture-holding substance - glycerol, water.

HOW TO USE: Recommended daily intake: 1 capsule, twice a day. It is best to take during meals. Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.
