Boron is an element classified as semi-metals, which in nature occurs in mineral form – i.a. as boric acid.

In the human body, it is a trace element – that is, it occurs in very small quantities, but at the same time necessary for its proper functioning.

It occurs, among others, in bone tissue and is involved in many metabolic processes.

What are the forms of boron?

The forms of boron that are allowed for supplementation are boric acid – which is a source of boron in the form of a natural mineral and artificially obtained from it sodium tetraborate. On our market you can also find dietary supplements imported from the USA, based on other forms of boron – such as aspartate, glycinate, citrate or calcium borogluoconate, which are not approved for use in the EU and should not be used in dietary supplements. We used a safe and natural mineral form of boric acid in our product.

Aliness Bor 3 mg does not contain any zoonotic ingredients, making it a suitable source of boron for vegans, in a natural, mineral form of boric acid. The product does not contain any artificial additives, preservatives or dyes.

Each tablet contains 17 mg boric acid, equivalent to 3 mg boron.
