6Pak Nutrition Heat Pre-Workout - Apple Peach Flavor

Advanced pre-workout formula containing AAKG, taurine, beta-alanine, L-tyrosine, magnesium, vitamins C and E, a complex of B vitamins, and plant extracts. This product is recommended for adults performing high-intensity physical exercises, including strength and endurance training.

Dosage:

Mix 1 serving (10 g) with 200 ml of water and consume 30 minutes before your planned workout. Use on training days only.

Warning! Do not consume on an empty stomach! Do not consume if you consume other products containing green tea on the same day. Do not consume a daily amount equal to or higher than 800 mg of (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate. Do not consume with other products that are a source of caffeine or other ingredients with similar effects! The recommended daily serving is 10 g. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
