Each of the 20 removable stainless steel sieves provides an area of 40 x 38 cm, resulting in a total area of 3,04 m². Ideal conditions for professional drying, e.g. in shops with dried beef, tea or dried fruit. The temperature on the touch panel can be adjusted from 30 to 90°C for flexible preparation of various dishes. In addition, the 24-hour timer ensures optimal adjustment of drying time to the type of food.
Thanks to the automatic drying process with accurate temperature setting, everything works perfectly. Important minerals and vitamins are preserved, and the taste is also increased. Master Jerky 300 is also suitable for drying flowers for laying or gently drying herbs and teas.
