Triple Magnesium Complex is an advanced set of active forms of magnesium designed to optimize its bioavailability and improve the absorption of this important mineral in order to meet the needs of your body. The chelated forms of magnesium (citrate, taurate and diglycinate) used in the preparation effectively pass through the blood/brain barrier ensuring high bioavailability of the component for the brain and the whole body. The use of a 2-serving daily dose avoids a temporary excess of magnesium, which prevents full use of the dose.

Mixture of different forms, absorbed by different routes: because each of them is absorbed elsewhere in our intestines, this avoids saturation of transport routes and thus the components of the product are absorbed effectively, which increases the level of magnesium in the body compared to single preparations of a similar dose.

Fully active magnesium citrate and amino acid-chelated magnesium taurate and diglycinate: active magnesium must be chemically bound to the carrier, unlike oxide-containing preparations. Dosage:
