Description
The docking station allows you to connect and directly access two M.2 NVMe PCIe drives via USB-C, making it easy to transfer data quickly between media and your computer. The device is designed to work with PCIe (NVMe) compliant M.2 modules.
Interface and performance
The device uses a USB 3.2 Gen 2 (Type-C) host interface with a declared bandwidth of up to 20 Gbit/s and a JMicron JMS586U controller, providing support for NVMe drives using the PCI Express bus. Data transmission takes place via USB Type-C connector.
System compatibility
The station is compatible with Windows 10 and Windows 11, with selected versions of the Linux kernel (m.in. Kernel 6.2 and 6.5) and with macOS (m.in. Ventura 13.0, Sonoma 14.0, Sequoia 15.0). Support for some features may depend on drivers and operating system versions.
Design and power supply
The black, compact housing with dimensions of approximately 80 mm × 80 mm × 33 mm ensures stable arrangement of two M.2 modules. The device operates at a voltage of 12 V; the maximum output current is 2 A, the input current is 0,6 A, and the network frequency is 50 to 60 Hz.
