Instruction:

1. Prepare a DK roll with a Specmark / PTMB handle and a flat object that you can pry plastic with.
2. Grab the roll so that the smaller part of the handle (opposite to the fragment with the roll marking) is at the top.
3. Then, using a flat object, pry the handle on both sides, lifting it up.

➡ Remember!

• Only our Specmark / PTMB brand replacements allow you to remove the handle. In the case of the original handles, their disassembly is possible, but the subsequent folding of the handle may not be effective. Some people manage to reassemble the handle, but often it does not work properly in the printer.
• The handle should be disassembled when the roll is w full wound with labels. This gives you stable support. If you are trying to disassemble the handle from an empty roll, there is a risk that the handle will break.
• Make sure the handle matches the size of the labels. Using a handle of a different size than the labels will cause it to not work properly
