JVC DLA-NZ500 redefines the concept of luxury home theater by being the world’s smallest projector equipped with native 4K D-ILA converters. JVC engineers have completely redesigned the housing and cooling system, reducing the volume of the device by an incredible 35% compared to previous flagships. Thanks to this, this fully professional projector will easily fit into the decor of any, even smaller living room. The heart of the device is 3. generation of Native 4K D-ILA (0.69 inch) matrix cooperating with the legendary BLU-Escent laser light source. This means absolute lack of pixelation (so-called. screen-door effect) and unprecedented edge-to-edge sharpness in full 3840 x 2160 resolution.

What sets the DLA-NZ500 apart from cheaper DLP projectors is its uncompromising black depth, which is the hallmark of JVC technology. It has an outstanding native contrast ratio of 40,000:1 (and dynamic infinity:1), which is supported by a powerful second-generation algorithm – Frame Adapt HDR Gen2 with the new "Deep Black" function. The projector analyzes each individual frame of the film and optimizes its brightness in real time. What’s more, to guarantee perfect image geometry without loss of resolution, the NZ500 is equipped with a new, fully motorized 80 mm lens that allows for convenient adjustment of Lens Shift, Zoom and Focus straight from the seat.
