The Nivel System NL320R rotary laser is a versatile tool for both indoor and outdoor work. Thanks to the red laser beam, it works great in difficult conditions. Determines the horizontal plane, inclined and thanks to the vertical, allows you to determine the vertical or right angles. The NL320R laser is an ideal choice for general construction work, ensuring high durability and resistance to weather conditions.

Easy and quick measurements

The NL320R laser has an auto-leveling function. When turned on, the device will automatically level and is ready to go. The generated red laser beam creates a reference line on the wall, ideal for horizontal work. In work with the sensor and laser patch, measurements can be performed single-person.

Universal application

The equipment allows you to work with a horizontal beam. The plane can be tilted in one or two directions, which makes it ideal for work such as pouring floors, leveling the surface under paving stones, pitches or road. Thanks to the laser verticalizer function, it is possible to precisely position the laser for perpendicular work and point transfer.

Accurate and reliable equipment

The NL320R laser is built on the basis of an electronic compensator that eliminates vibrations, ensuring precise leveling of the plane. The electronic compensator is more accurate in difficult construction conditions, where the terrain can vibrate due to the work of heavy equipment. The leveler is dust and water resistant, IP54 certified. The rotary head is covered with a glass body and the laser housing is protected with rubber covers.

Ease of use

The NL320R laser is easy to use thanks to its intuitive control panel. Functions such as declines are done manually. The laser is powered by a 8000mAh lithium-ion battery. The batteries have no memory effect, which means that they do not damage themselves when overcharging. The laser can also be powered directly from the mains, and its compact housing makes it handy and easy to transport.

Laser leveling – work faster, more accurately and without restrictions

The NL320R is very simple and quick to use. Simply place it on a tripod, laser shelf, or other stable base and turn on the power. The equipment will automatically level itself. The laser head of the leveler, rotating around its axis, creates a perfectly leveled laser plane that is able to cover more than 19 hectares of land with its range. Measurements of the height difference are made by one person using a laser sensor with indications visible even in the sun. In the case of working inside the building, very often the use of a sensor is not required, because the laser beam is visible.

The NL320R is indispensable at various stages of construction. We use it at the initial stages of building the plot, removing layers of humus and for foundation and masonry work. The laser will help determine the ideal level and bevels, e.g. for formwork under the stairs.

The laser plane generated by the laser is the reference base by which rows of heights are deposited with high, millimetre accuracy. The plane can be tilted in one or two directions, and the drops set manually. On the laser head there is a sight to fit into the drop axis, which allows precise positioning of the device.

The correct laser setting is facilitated by the vertical function, which generates a laser point downwards, ensuring the precise location of the leveler over the required point. There is no need to recalculate rows or add, subtract – all you need to do is tilt the planes according to the design.

The NL320R laser offers an elevation alarm function, which is important for unstable substrate, which can cause ground subsidence and lower reference line. Thanks to this, the equipment works even in the most difficult off-road conditions.

Precision

The NL320R laser provides precise leveling thanks to an electronic compensator that eliminates vibrations. Compared to magnetic compensators, the electronic compensator offers much higher accuracy, especially in difficult construction conditions.

The laser housing is dust and water resistant (IP54 class), and the rotary head is covered with a glass body. Rubber covers protect the device from damage due to impacts.
