• How it works

  Step 1 - Pull out the tab and activate Timesulin

  When you receive your Timesulin overlay, it will have a small plastic tab that protects the battery. Activate the battery by removing the plastic protective tab, and the counter on the Timesulin overlay will flash 00:00. Give the injection, then put the Timesulin cap on your injection pen.

  Step 2 - Apply Timesulin to your injection pen

  The overlay will immediately start counting down the time, starting with one second (00:01) and counting to one hour. After an hour, the counter mode will change from MM

  to HH

  and will run for up to 99 hours and 59 minutes.

  Remember to cover or change the needle between injections so that no amount of medicine leaks inside the Timesulin cap.

  Step 3 - Timesulin automatically starts counting down the time

  To reactivate the counter, simply remove the overlay for more than 8 seconds and start over! We introduced an 8-second delay in resetting the Timesulin overlay, which allows you to remove the overlay – for example, to check the level of the drug in the pen before going out for dinner – without resetting the counter. The package contains one Timesulin overlay that fits the Novo Nordisk FlexPen family pens.

• The cap supports 3ml insulin: Abasaglar, Humalog, Humalog Junior, Humalog Mix 75/25, Humalog Mix 50/50, Liprolog.
