How does L-Carnitine work?
L-carnitine helps convert fat into energy by transporting fatty acids to the mitochondria – cellular “power plants”. Thanks to this, the body burns fat faster, gaining more energy and strength for training.
When to use Weider L-Carnitine Liquid?
Preferably before training – for maximum fat burning and more energy during exercise. On days without training, it is worth taking in the morning to support metabolism throughout the day.
Ingredients: Water, L-carnitine 7,2%, acidity regulator: lactic acid, aroma, preservative: potassium sorbate, sweeteners: sodium saccharin, acesulfame K, sucralose, sodium cyclamate, emulsifier: E471.
