MZ L-Glutamine Powder is a dietary supplement containing L-glutamine powder. The product has been additionally enriched with vitamin B6 in a highly absorbable form (P-5-P).
L-glutamine is an endogenous amino acid and therefore can be naturally produced in the body. It is widespread in our body, and its main reservoir is skeletal muscles. L-glutamine is also often classified as a conditionally necessary amino acid, which means that in certain situations it may need to be supplemented from the outside.
Recommended use: Dissolve the contents of 1 scoop (5 g) in 200 ml of water. Consume once a day.
Additional information: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. A balanced diet and proper lifestyle is important for the functioning of the human body.
