Introducing the new member of the Kanken family - a slightly more roomy version of the favorite and bestselling Fjallraven Kanken Outlong backpack. In addition to the classic Vinylon F material, front pocket and Kanken aesthetics, the Kanken Outlong everyday backpack has a compartment at the bottom zip-up, large side pockets and attachment points with tape. They can be used to attach a bicycle light or other items.

The slip-on pocket in the main compartment features a padded laptop base and a seat cushion. Perfect for commuting, hiking, and other outdoor activities.

The secret of Kanken’s success lies in its simplicity and the material used. The designers decided to use synthetic material Vinylon F, which properties very similar to natural fiber. It is not covered with any additional layer of material, but when in contact with water, it immediately swells, blocking moisture from entering the backpack. Kanken maintains low weight and high resistance to mechanical damage.

The backpack harness is made of one piece of polypropylene tape, which is integrated into the practical handle. The backpack also features a detachable sternum strap that can be removed when needed. The backpack can therefore be carried in the traditional way or in the form of a carry-on bag.

Kanken backpacks are subjected to a dyeing process. To remove excess dye, we recommend rinsing the backpack with warm water before use and letting it dry.
