Ingredients: 78% creatine monohydrate, maltodextrin, acidity regulator: malic acid; 5% taurine, aroma, sweetener: sucralose; dyes: copper complexes chlorophylls and chlorophyllins, carotenes.

Allergens: The product may contain MILK, SOY, CEREALS CONTAINING GLUTEN, FISH AND PEANUTS.

Method of use

Mix 1 scoop of powder (6 g) with 150 ml of water. Consume 1 serving a day, preferably 30 minutes before training. The portion of the product recommended for consumption during the day is 6 g. Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.

Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients of the product. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet.
