INGREDIENTS:87,5 % creatine monohydrate, acidity regulator (malic acid), aroma, sweetener (sucralose), beet juice concentrate powder, 0,01 % vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).

The product may contain: milk, soya, cereals containing gluten, fish, molluscs and peanuts.

  • Mix a single serving of ‒ 3,9 g (¾ scoops) with 150 ml of water. Use 1 serving per day.
  • On training days: 1 serving 30 minutes before training or 1 serving immediately after training.
  • On non-workout days: 1 serving in the morning after waking up or 1 serving before bedtime.
  • Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.
