How to use: Mix 1 serving of 3,5 g (3/4 scoop) with 150 ml of water. Use 1 serving per day. The portion of the product recommended for consumption during the day is 3,5 g. Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.

Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients of the product. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. This product should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under 18 years of age. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
