Creatine increases physical performance in successive short, very intense physical exercises. The beneficial effect occurs when consuming 3g of creatine per day.

Ingredients:

CREA HYPER FUSION [creatine monohydrate, creatine hydrochloride, creatine citrate], maltodextrin, acidity regulator (malic acid), flavorings, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), sweetener (sucralose), thickener (sodium salt of carboxymethylcellulose), beetroot juice concentrate for watermelon flavor, coloring for tropical flavor (beta-carotene).

May contain: milk, soy, cereals containing gluten, fish, crustaceans, and peanuts.

How to use:

• Dissolve a single serving of the product 3 g (0.5 scoops) in 300 ml of water or juice. It is recommended to use 2 servings a day.
• On training days , consume the first serving 30 minutes before training, the second serving immediately after training.
• On non-training days , take the first serving in the morning after waking up and the second serving before bedtime.
• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
