Creatine gluconate - is the latest type of creatine, which will probably become its most effective form that has ever appeared on the market. It is a combination of creatine salt ion and glucose ion. As a result of this combination, we received something that is absorbed into the body just like glucose (with ease and almost completely), dissolves well in water, tastes great and, more importantly, is apparently the most effective form of creatine. The effectiveness results from the "two-step" system of creatine delivery to the muscles, which guarantees optimal rate and degree of absorption.

Creatine Orotate - is a combination of the creatine molecule with the Orotic Acid molecule.
