The Webber MED B18 shoulder blood pressure monitor is an automatic device designed for daily monitoring of blood pressure and heart rate at home and as part of medical recommendations. With its oscillometric technology and intelligent chip, it provides fast and precise measurements, ensuring that your device analyzes data and displays the result in a clear and reliable manner. The model is equipped with a large and easy-to-read LCD display and intuitive one-button operation, which makes it convenient to use, also for seniors. The device has a universal cuff that fits the arm with a circumference of 22 to 42 cm, which allows for comfortable and correct insertion in both slim people and those with a fuller figure. The measurement results are automatically interpreted according to the World Health Organization (WHO) classification – the user receives a graphical determination of the pressure range. In addition, the device can detect arrhythmia (IBD function) and warn of irregular heart rhythm.

The automatic shutdown function after a minute of inactivity increases the convenience of use and saves energy. The manufacturer declares measurement accuracy of ±3 mmHg for pressure and ±5 % for heart rate. The device is powered by four AAA batteries or optionally via external USB-C power (6 V, 500 mA). The implemented memory allows you to save up to 2 × 90 measurements, which allows long-term tracking of results.
