The Heart BEAT Sanity MD 4140 blood pressure monitor is a modern blood pressure monitor that comfortably and quickly measures systolic and diastolic blood pressure in adults.

How to take a measurement:

• Wrap the cuff tightly around your arm, with the cord on the inside of your arm. The cuff is fitted correctly when you can easily slide a finger between your arm and the material.
• Sit comfortably with your forearm on a flat surface (as shown). Remember that the cuff placed on the arm should be positioned in line with the heart.
• Turn on the start button. The measurement will begin while the cuff is being inflated, and after a moment the result will be displayed on the screen. If an arrhythmia is detected, a heart symbol will appear on the screen.
