GLUSYS determines blood glucose levels using the glucose dehydrogenase-FAD enzyme (GDH-FAD); this enzyme is not affected by oxygen and maltose/galactose levels in the blood.

y = 0,9912x - 1,3332 (mg/dL) and a linear correlation coefficient of 0,991 was obtained.
