Switch Pulsar SFG10F8 is a 10-port optical switch designed for data transmission over Ethernet using fiber optic cables and UTP. Cat 5e Switch has eight SFP sockets (marked SFP1÷ SFP8), which after using a fiber optic module (GBIC insert) allow transmission over optical fiber.
G1 and G2 ports are used to connect further network devices via RJ45 connector. On the front panel there is an indication of the operating status of the device realized on LEDs.
Connectivity via fiber optic cables allows for fast and stable data transmission over long distances, resistant to electromagnetic interference and adverse environmental conditions.
It also enables easy network expansion in the future.
