Huawei CloudEngine S5731-S48T4X-A is a powerful access switch with 48 ports 10/100/1000Base-T Ethernet and 4 uplinks 10GE SFP+. The device is powered by an AC power supply and provides switching efficiency up to 672 Gbit/s and package transfer at the level of 125 Mpps.

This model is based on the Versatile Routing Platform (VRP) and supports upro­ simplified management (O&M), intelligent stacking (iStack) and flexible Ethernet networking. Thanks to the extensive functions of layer 3 and support for IPv6, the device will work both as an access and aggregation switch in campus networks and MAN.

The switch supports 64 000 MAC and 4094 VLAN entries, including guest VLAN, voice VLAN, GVRP and MUX VLAN. It also supports advanced VLAN assignment and 1:1 and N:1 mapping.

The device acts as a SVF client and enables automatic installation of software and configuration. It also supports VXLAN (L2/L3 gateway), BGP-EVPN and configuration via NETCONF. Compliance with VBST, LNP, VCMP protocols ensures high interoperability with existing infrastructure.
