Recommended use: 1 sachet per day.
Mix the contents of the sachet in 1 cup of still water, milk or yogurt. Stir intensively until powder is dissolved. Consume immediately after preparation. The resulting suspension is a natural feature of the product. Regular use for a long time (minimum 3 months) is recommended.
Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.
