Four capsules provide 12 mg of vitamin E (100% NRV), 80 mg of vitamin C (100%), 25 µg of biotin (50%), 10 mg of zinc (100%), 55 µg of selenium (100%), 40 mg of grape seed extract (including 38 mg of proanthocyanidins), 800 mg of fish collagen, 30 mg of hyaluronic acid and 280 mg of soy protein isolate.
