1) What is blending in a vacuum?

This is mixing after suction of air from the cup. Less oxygen = less oxidation, so cocktails retain color, taste and nutritional value longer and have a smooth, homogeneous consistency (less foam and bubbles).

2) Why suck the air before blending?

Oxygen aerates the mixed ingredients, accelerates the loss of vitamins (called. (C) and causes graying/delamination. Air extraction reduces these phenomena, thanks to which drinks are fresh longer – convenience with meal-prep and cocktails “for tomorrow”.

3) Is the difference noticeable vs the regular blender?
