How to use:
1. Soak the flask and filters in 500 ml of hot water with two teaspoons of EVO cleaner.
2. Remove the coffee filter from the flask and put on the blinding filter. For daily cleaning, pour 1 teaspoon of EVO into the flask and put it as if you were brewing espresso, if the machine is used less often, use two teaspoons of the preparation. Start the cycle and let it run for 10 seconds to dissolve the cleaner. Stop the cycle and leave for 10 seconds. Repeat this 4 times. Then remove the flask and rinse thoroughly under a stream of water from the dosing group. Turn it off. Re-insert the flask with the blinding filter, start and stop the cycle 10 times for 5 seconds, stop for 2 seconds to ensure a thorough rinse. Remove the blinding filter and insert the regular filter. Brew and pour one espresso.
