IMPRESS PUCK SYSTEM
Sage SES876BTR uses the Impress Puck system, which is responsible for precise measurement of coffee, automatically correcting the next portion. Thanks to this, we can achieve optimal coffee extraction.
COFFEE WHIPPING
The ground coffee in the flask is evenly pressed by a mechanical beater, which produces a pressure of 10 kg. Finally, the beater presses the coffee with a slight rotation of seven degrees, like an experienced barista.
