Choline - affects the maintenance of normal homocysteine metabolism and liver function. Zinc - supports fertility, reproductive function, immunity, hair, skin and nail health, as well as protecting cells from oxidative stress. Folates - support the process of cell division, growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy, homocysteine metabolism and immunity. Selenium - helps in the functioning of immunity, in protecting cells from oxidative stress. It affects the proper course of spermatogenesis, thyroid function. It also supports hair health. Vitamin B6 - affects psychological functions, protein metabolism and reduction of tiredness / fatigue.
Adult men: 1 capsule a day, during a meal.
