What is hydrolyzed fish collagen?

Fish collagen, also referred to as marine collagen, is a raw material obtained from fish. In the process of hydrolysis, long collagen protein chains are broken down into smaller peptides and amino acids, which allows to obtain collagen hydrolysate.
