Isodrinx is designed to dissolve instantly in water and prepare a sports drink. Isodrinx dosing is facilitated by the measuring cup attached to the product. Depending on the individual needs of each athlete, Isodrinx allows you to create an isotonic or hypotonic drink. Isotonic drink: approx. Dissolve 35g in 500ml of water (osmolarity 275-305 mOsm/kg).
