Nutrend IsodrinX - Professional sports drink in powder satisfying the physiological needs of the body for fluids, minerals and energy, lost during physical exertion, with the addition of ingredients to prevent muscle cramps. Depending on the dilution ratio, an isotonic or hypotonic drink may be obtained.

Recommended in all sports and other forms of physical activity. Nutrend IsodrinX used after exercise accelerates the rehydration of the body and replenishment of lost minerals, and thus reduces the recovery time. Isotonic drink is characterized by osmotic pressure similar to body fluids. Since human sweat has a lower osmolality than body fluids, the recommended dosage should be observed.

Recommended intake / method of preparation:

Dilution ratio: isotonic drink - 35 g per 500 ml of water (osmolality 275-305 mOsm/kg); hypotonic drink - 35 g per 750 ml of water (osmolality below 250 mOsm/kg).

Slightly heaped scoop = approx. 35 g. Mix the recommended amount in water. Do not use mineral water.

With increased sweating, there is a loss – so it is important to supplement it. Magnesium reduces the risk of muscle cramps, affects heart function and a number of metabolic processes.

Deficiencies may occur in daily food. Potassium - necessary for the prevention of cardiac arrhythmias and for better restoration of muscle and liver glycogen resources. During physical exertion, there is a large loss, because it is excreted in the urine. A mixture of mineral salts in combination with simple carbohydrates (glucose, sucrose) and complex carbohydrates (maltodextrin), which guarantees the effect of "fast" and "released" energy.
