Ingredients: Maltodextrin, fructose, acid: citric acid; natural flavorings, sodium chloride, calcium lactate, potassium chloride, sodium citrate; sweetener: steviol glycosides from stevia; magnesium salts of citric acid, aroma (Breathe Easy). May contain: soy.
How to use: Mix 1 serving (1 scoop of 50 g) with 500ml of water and shake well. After mixing with water, consume within 24 hours. Consume 1 serving every 45-60 minutes of exercise, up to 4 servings per day, with or between meals (as part of a carbohydrate loading strategy).
Recommended daily dose: 4 scoops (200 g).
