Isotonic is supposed to be a high-energy drink that stimulates the body to act. Iso Lyte uses three different types of carbohydrates that provide a quick boost of energy and long-lasting stimulation – ideal for intense workouts.

• Palatinosis – is an isomer of sucrose, present in cane sugar, which is absorbed slowly, releasing energy gradually. Thanks to this, it maintains a constant level of stimulation for up to 3 hours. Palatinosis stimulates the activity of glycogen, which provides muscles with energy, and a low glycemic index (IG 32) causes energy to be released slowly, prolonging the effect of stimulation.

•Dextrose – right-handed glucose, stimulates the production of insulin, which supports the transport of creatine to the muscles. Creatine, in turn, helps produce ATP – the main source of energy for muscles. Thanks to this, dextrose improves performance and endurance, as well as reduces the risk of muscle protein breakdown, supporting their development and regeneration.

Dosage

Recommended dosage: 1 scoop of isotonic 30 g – add up to 500ml of water and drink during training.
