Hydrate & Perform concentrate is used to prepare an isotonic drink used during the exercise to help cover the needs of athletes for water, energy and micronutrients.
Hydrate & Perform contains carbohydrates and sodium, which works double. Provides good hydration of the body - isotonic formula allows faster hydration and better cleansing of the body. This allows to increase performance and endurance and to avoid muscle strain.

How to use:
It is recommended to consume Hydrate & Perform drink during warm-up (150 to 300 ml) and regularly during and after exercise (150 ml every 15 minutes). Ideal for intense or prolonged exercise and recommended for sports in hot climates.
Preparation method: Measure a portion of Isostar powder with a measuring cup-nut (to a 0,5 l stamp), then pour the contents into a container (e.g. water bottle) and pour 0,5 l of water.
