ISOSTAR Effervescent tablets are an easy way to prepare an isotonic drink that helps maintain adequate hydration and energy levels during exercise. Potassium supports the proper functioning of muscles and nervous system and maintaining blood pressure. Calcium helps maintain healthy bones and teeth, supports muscle function and nerve conduction. Magnesium supports electrolyte balance and protein synthesis. Vitamin C protects cells from oxidative stress, supports immunity and reduces fatigue. Vitamin E additionally protects cells from oxidative damage, and vitamin B1 (thiamine) supports proper energy metabolism.

Method of use

Dissolve 2 tablets in 500 ml of water and mix thoroughly. Consume partially (150 ml) already during warm-up, then every 15 minutes during exercise and up to 2 hours after its completion for regeneration.
