Method of use

Dissolve 1 tablet in 500 ml of water. Once prepared, consume within 24 hours. Do not take more than 4 tablets per day.

It is recommended to consume 500 ml of SIS GO Hydro every 3-4 hours before exercise. Another 250-500 ml an hour before exercise. When doing a short workout, where carbohydrate intake is limited, drink 500 ml of SIS GO Hydro every hour. If the training is intense, it should be enriched with energy gels from the SIS GO Gel series.
