Trec Whey 100 Cookie Flavoured Protein Conditioner

WHEY 100 contains high-quality whey protein concentrate, which is a source of wholesome animal proteins and contains all the essential amino acids, including BCAAs and L-glutamic acid. WHEY 100 dissolves perfectly and absorbs quickly, and the proteins contained in it contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.

Usage:

The recommended daily allowance is 90 g.

Dissolve a single portion of the product – 30 g (2 scoops) – in 200 ml of water or milk, using a shaker or mixer. Use 3 servings per day.

On training days: I portion in the morning after waking up, II portion up to 1,5 hours. after training and III portion before bedtime.

On non-workout days: I portion in the morning after waking up, II portion between meals and III portion before bedtime.
