Purpose

The preparation is intended for people with increased demand for protein, striving to develop muscle mass, mainly competitive athletes and recreational exercisers. Protein contributes to the growth or maintenance of muscle mass.

Dosage

Recommended daily dose: 1-3 servings a day – after waking up, between meals, after training or before bedtime. Dissolve 1 portion of the preparation (35 g = 1 scoop) in 150 ml* of water.
