Traditional WPC protein still contains certain amounts of fat and sugars, about 5%-7% of each of these macro ingredients. Dissolve 30g of the product (1.5 full, flat scoop) in a glass of lean milk or water. For an even better consistency, use a shaker. It should be consumed immediately after preparation.
