One serving of 30 g provides 23 g of protein, while the recommended daily dose of 60 g contains 45 g of protein.
Activlab 100% Whey Premium can be a supplement to the diet of people who want to increase the daily supply of protein. It will work especially in the diet of physically active people, strength training or practicing other sports.

Method of preparation and use:
- Dissolve 30 g of powder, or 1½ scoop, in 200 ml of water. Use twice a day between meals.
