Ingredients: 97,5% whey protein concentrate (from milk) (94,4 % for chocolate flavors), stabilizer E414, acidity regulator: malic acid, cocoa with reduced fat content (for chocolate flavors), aroma, sweetener: sucralose. The product may contain soybean lecithin and trace amounts of nut.
Preparation method: 1 serving (35 g – 3 brands of powder) dissolved in 100-200 ml of water. Consume immediately after preparation.
Recommended use: Training days: 1 to 3 servings a day (in the morning after waking up, after training and before bedtime). Non-training days: 1-3 servings. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
