The phone has 3 GB of internal storage, and adding 9 GB of virtual extended storage brings the total to 12 GB. The extended memory works by virtually converting part of the phone’s flash memory into working memory, thereby reducing the load on the actual memory, which in turn reduces issues with apps running in the background freezing and shortens app launch times. To adjust the phone’s memory from 3 GB to 12 GB, you need to do so in the settings.
