The EST-707 signaller controls the voltage on the battery so that it does not discharge below 10,5V. The beacon exempts from the obligation to constantly control the battery, so as not to discharge it below the voltage recommended by the battery manufacturer. The battery discharged below 10,5V loses capacity and charge cycles. When the battery reaches the voltage limit of 10,5V, a sound comes out of the beacon that informs us about the discharge of the battery.
