Assembly for CASTEX wheels

The is designed for mounting and dismounting tires from rims of passenger cars, vans and motorcycles. In the case of the latter, it is enough to purchase additional equipment in the form of an appropriate adapter to be able to easily remove the motorcycle tire from the rim. The presented model of the assembler is characterized by an ergonomic design and an arm tilted manually to the side, which allows for comfortable work in small rooms and increases the comfort of work in the case of mobile vulcanization services.

The is designed for wheels up to 21 inches in diameter (internal mounting of the rim). It has a table with four jaws, controlled by solid and reliable actuators. In addition, the machine is characterized by high quality mechanisms controlling both electrical and pneumatic installations. The rammer actuator used in the CAS502S allows for a force of 2500 kg, and its contoured shape makes it much easier to remove the tire.

CASTEX automatic balancing machine

Balancer is a universal device designed for balancing the wheels of passenger cars and vans. At the same time, it is the most frequently chosen CASTEX product in 2015.

The machine is characterized by automatic measurement of wheel distance and diameter, this allows you to eliminate measurement errors and at the same time shortens the process of entering parameters. In addition, the balancer has automatic calibration functions, 3 ALU programs and automatic start and stop. An important advantage of the machine is its intuitive operation. This increases the comfort of work and allows for quick adaptation of the machine in the working environment. The top cover of the balancer is made of plastic and has a number of compartments for easy organization of consumables in the workshop. Two-column lifter automatic 4T
