AcuSense is primarily about detecting human and vehicle silhouettes, but also filtering alarms from sources other than people and vehicles. In addition, AcuSense series cameras, using the latest deep learning technology, are able to extract people and vehicles from a large video dataset and save snapshots of objects for efficient search.

Hikvision AcuSense is a modern technology based on intelligent image analysis. Thanks to the use of algorithms, AcuSense enables precise recognition of objects covered by monitoring, which significantly affects the elimination of false alarms. Thanks to the correct classification, the AcuSense system allows you to filter out up to 90% of events that trigger false alarms, such as leaves moving in the wind, running animals or falling rain. Thanks to this, the video monitoring system becomes more effective, and the role of the operator is limited to verifying events that have previously been pre-filtered by the artificial intelligence algorithm. In addition, AcuSense allows you to quickly search in a collection of saved files of all recordings in which specific people or vehicles appear. This provides instant access to specific files, saving you time spent searching through a huge library of events.

Hikvision DarkFighter technology is a combination of several advanced design solutions designed to provide an excellent view during the day, as well as high-quality, colorful images in difficult lighting conditions. The cameras of this series have an extremely high sensitivity of 0.001 lux in color mode and large transducers. Thanks to the use of these solutions, the camera is able to record images under minimal lighting conditions and in bad weather conditions, where the brightness is negligible and conventional cameras cannot cope with observation of the designated area. DS-2CD2T46G2-4I is also equipped with anti-reflective coating and ultra-low dispersion optical glass to reduce flare and refraction of light, so that there is no interference in the recorded image caused by the play of lights or tarnishing of the lampshade.

The camera uses H.265+ compression, which is a newer version of the video encoding system, based on the intelligent Hikvision algorithm. It allows you to reduce the load on the network bandwidth and minimize the disk space occupied by saved files without compromising the image quality. Thanks to the use of intelligent analysis, predictive coding, background noise reduction and adaptive bandwidth control, the gain over the popular H.264 compression is over 30%. The use of the H.265+ codec means less interference and increased efficiency and stability of the monitoring system. The greatest benefits using this method of coding can be achieved with round-the-clock surveillance, in the case of a static image, where the background quite rarely changes.
