How to wear a helmet correctly?

A poorly put on helmet may seem too tight, even though the size is good.

Put it on in 3 steps:

STEP 1

Grab the straps firmly with both hands.

STEP 2

Stretch the straps to the sides.

STEP 3

Put the helmet on from behind and put it on your forehead.
