Ingredients of the capsule:

root and stem Berberis aristata (98% berberine hydrochloride), capsule: gelatin; zinc gluconate, methylcobalamin, ginger rhizome extract DER 20:1 (Zingiber officinale), cholecalciferol, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts acid

• HOW TO USE

  Take 1 sachet and 1 -2 capsules daily with a meal. Citrus flavoured product (sachet). Wash your hands before preparing the solution. Use clean dishes. Add the prescribed amount of powder from the sachet to a glass or cup. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in 100 ml of warm water. Stir until completely dissolved. Take immediately after preparing the portion to drink. Consume the capsule at the same time as the prepared drink from the sachet. If 2 capsules are used; the second capsule should be taken with the next meal. Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day. A balanced diet and proper lifestyle is important for the functioning of the human body. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. The beneficial effects of the ingredients of the preparation, which are referred to in health claims, result from the appropriate amount of active ingredients used according to the method of use.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the preparation. Do not consume with other products containing vitamin D or zinc.

Warnings: Myo-inositol contained in the sachet may cause mild gastrointestinal disorders. Consumption in excessive amounts can have a laxative effect. In this case, the time of consumption of the sachet should be extended (half a portion at the beginning of the meal, half at the end). Berberine can cause stomach pain, so it is recommended to take the capsules with a meal. Blood sugar levels should be monitored during use.
